求教一个超高难的问题，已经半个月了还没能解决

我的WINDOWS NT 4.0 SERVER,启动时出现蓝屏显示如下：

我该怎么解决这个问题啊，在GOOGLE上搜罗好久也找不到答案。另外the vendor supplying the dll s %s %s是什么意思啊？？
