Please Help, 上不了网了

I use dial-up. I can get connected, but I cannot open any web pages, or messenger. It always gave me "Error 404 Can't resolve hostname to IP address". and today it even didn't show the message, just the page cannot be displayed. I tried to reinstall the dialer and also Spybot. Still the same. Please Help!
