My PC beeps exactly like yours

Mine is an eMachine. Used for just shy of 1 year. Called them up and told me to send it in. It's still under warranty, till the end of this month. I lucked out! I think the motherboard is dead. At first I read about the beeps and thought it was the RAM as well. But it's not. I put the same RAM sticks on another working machine and they worked fine. The good RAM from the other machine doesn't save this one either. So it's definitely not the RAM's problem. Probably the motherboard is dead. Let me know what you find out. Thx!
