I think

1) Ghost duplicate disk to disk, disk to image, partitiion to image etc.
2) Go back need to change the file system and set a data area to backup all files change. Then you can restore the system at certain back up point. (It is similar to XP restore function.) However, Go back is not popular because once the system crash, you cannot backup your data due to the file system is proprietary to HP.
