Reboot Problem!!

When I try to boot from CD (Win 98 Starup), it displays "NTLDR is missing, Press Ctrl + Alt + Del to restart"

BUT it does NOT work as I follow the instruction.

Now is worse. I start the system, after Dell logo appears, the only thing i can see on the screen is:


"NTLDR is missing

Press....... to restart."



What can I do now?!
