如何彻底格式化现有的硬盘包括C盘

没有Win 98, 没有Win 2000,我如何彻底格式化现有的硬盘包括C盘？上面已经装上了Win XP Home Edi.

I set up to boot from CD but it still goes into Win directly after rebooting. Any other suggestions to fix the problem.
