回复：求助，关于s-video地连接

1. 4-pin S-Video cable is compatible with 7-pin S-video socket. It's not your cable problem. You need to configure your laptop setup for TV-out.

2. put your mouse cursor on any part of the screen and right click the mouse, open the property, select setting, select advance, select displays, by then you will see three pictures on your displays: one of them is laptop display, another is TV-out display with a TV sign. You can click the power sign to enable it and disable the laptop sign. then click Apply. now you can see your computer contents on the TV screen. You may set both laptop display and TV display on if you don't want to wach movies. If you need to watch moives, you have to set laptop displays off.

3. if your panel does not have TV out function, you can go to www.compaq.com website to download a video software and install it. Open compaq homepage, click software and download, search your compaq model, download "ATI Video Driver and Control Panel". After install it, repeat the above steps.

4. make sure that you select right channel on TV for the S-video in on TV.
