1. you will need a DV out from your camcorder
2. install a firewire 1394 card on your PC
3. connect your camcorder and PC using a 1394 cable
4. Ulead movie factory 3 or Ulead Video Studio 8 will do the job.

A 4.7GB DVD can help 1 hour of high quality video.

If you do not have a digital camcorder or it does not have a DV out, you will need a video capture card on your PC.
