Most likely your DELL PC uses DDR PC2100 or PC2700.
Download a tool from http://www.cpuid.com/cpuz.php
which tells you what kind of memory you're using.
Just buy the same type. You don't have to take out
your 128MB module. You should have at least two memory
slots. Just insert the new one in the empty slot. That
should be it.
