can't open links in IE window

each time when I click a link in IE (such as a subtitle in wenxuecity), the mouse icon turns green with a "!" in a circle and disappears quickly. and the link can not be opened. I assume it be blocked but don't know how to fix it. Does anybody know about this and can help me out. Thanks a lot.
