system failure! Right click My Computer, choose Properties->Advanced->Startup and Recovery Settings. Then uncheck automatically restart under system failure. Then you should get a blue screen instead of restarting. Base on the message, boot into safe mode, and solve it. Normally it is a bad driver, or say some hardware not supporting by the installed driver. It happens in XP.
