if you expect to use the other OS occasionally, you'd better keep it.
To meet your demand, the only thing to do is to modify boot.ini
1, set the default OS to point to the one you use mostly
2, set default waiting time to 0, you'll boot your system with your desired OS immediately next time

When you want to use another OS, modify the waiting time to a certain value, you will get the OS option menu next time you boot up your computer.
