install adobe

I can not install adobe in win XP home.

It says a folder named Documents in All Users can not be written. (It is read only, and can not access. Also I used Administrator account to change it and failed.). Is it a virus?

Also for windows professional 2k chinese. How to download SP1? Is it free? The PC does not have internet access. I want to download somewhere else. Microsoft sucks.
