Please Help! Help! Help!

Here's the background and issue.

I had a Win2K OS. I have 1 physical HD with 3 NTFS partitions c D and E.
D drive had specific user accounts allowed to access them, not everyone.

After I replaaced the Win2k with XP pro, I cannot access my D drive. It saids Access Denied.

How do I fix this issue? Please help.
