for your problem. you must install a program by spyware or something else.

1, check your add/remove manager to see anything strange there, if so ,remove it from there
2,check your task manager to see any strange process.record the name of the process. search in the windows exploer, find their location.
3 boot into safe mode, delete that executable file or whole folder.
