How can watch 压 缩 DVD 中 国 电 视

I have bought many DVD disc from CHina.
二 十 多 集 连 续 剧 压 缩 成 一 张 DVD盘 ， but I do not know
which software can support this kind of file. I am not able to watch it from both TV and computer. I have tried Real player, it won't work.
Please let me know if anyone who has this experience or where I can download a software?
