firewall configuration

when I install a firewall,
(1) Xclient.dat request connection. Do you guys know what it does? Should I allow it?
(2)I kind of know that ndisuio.sys is for wireless connection. I am not using wireless, should I allow this process to connect to the remote?
My system is XP. Any consequence if I deny both of them?
