请问这是什么意思？

我在 DELL 公司的帐户上显示出我现在定的一台笔记本的status是：

The estimated delivery day for your order is between 9/2/04 and 9/6/04

但是又说已经在八月31号就“shipped”了，请问：ship day 和 delivery day 之间是什么区别？？？谢谢！！！
