关于format hard drive 的问题

Operating System = Win XP Prp.

我进到dos, type - format c:
然后 出现 Warning, all datas on non-removable disk will be loar, Y/N
我就 proceed "Y",
然后 出现 Format Cannot Run Because The Volume Is In Used By Other Process.

那我该怎么做??
