sp2 help!!!!

i downloaded sp2 and tried to install, but it give me error said "the product key used to install windows may not be valid". anyone can help? i tried to use the 4 in 1 key generator to change my key, but i was told by the keyfinder that the key is not good. help pls!!! Thanks in advance!
