so far. Desktop market share is weak but probably ready with OpenOffice and other good applications. User acceptance is another story. Software companies have to make money from somewhere though including Linxu leaders Redhat, IBM, Novell :-) none focusing on desktop OS for the time being and they want to make money as much as Microsoft does.
