I am interested in several computers, emachines, HP and compacq; I do not know which brand name is better. Anyone knows?

which of the following computers is a better choice?

emachines with p4 2.8 GHz, 512 mb ram, hard drive 120 GB

emachines with adm athlon xp processor 2800+, 512 ram, 160 GB hard drive

compacq with adm athlon xp processor 3200, 200 GB hard drive, 512 ram
