Winlogon problem

When I turn on my computer,the screen shows a error message. Winlogon application error. The instruction at "xxxxxxxx" referenced memory at "xxxxxxxxx". The memory cauld not be read. Both OK to terminate and Cancel to debug button restart the computer.
