How to hook up with Dishnetwor

I already have a DishNetwork at home. How do I hook up this PCI card since the DishNetwrok satelite dish actually powered by 20V power (DC ?) from the Dishnetwork receiver box. Will this 20V voltage damage the PCI card ? Could you provide a detail drawing how to hook to the PCI card with an existing DishNetwork ?
