救命！我的norton AntiVirus 不能Liveup

我的norton antivirus （corporation 7.6 正版)这几天不能Liveupdate了，只好天天去下载intelligent updater.

请问是什么原因？有说是病毒禁止了我的antivirus liveupdate, 但是 scan harddisk, 找不到病毒！

我该怎么办，请各位大侠出手相助。谢谢
