My AMD Duron CPU temperature

My motherboard is ECS K7SOM+ with AMD duron Pr0 1400+ CPU onboard (integrated). Currently my machine is encounted ofter self-reboot problem. Now I suspect the temperature of CPU is too high (62C). Can anyone who has the same model MB or similar can tell me your measurement for CPU ? (When power on, press Del-key and goto CMOS --> Hardware Monitoring. It will show you). Thanks a lot.
