two ways:

1st: system restore
2nd: downloaded AVG from grisoft.com and performed a full system scan to remove the exe file (just have a good up to date virus scanner). Also, download and run CWShredder.exe to remove all of the registry values that have been changed to point to that ridiculous freednshost info page.
