1. if your task-bar does not show language (En), you can make it happen: right click the gray area under desk-top screen, select "desk top propertities" find the item "show language in task bar", tick it.

2. Go 'control panal/language and regional options/language settings, then select "Chinese PRC" instead of the current English.
