how to block wenxuecity.com

I tried to put
127.0.0.1 wenxuecity.com
in both my hosts and lmhosts of my WINDOWS 2000 machine. It does not work. I still can access wenxuecity.com. Do you have any idea on how to get rid of this time-killing additive website. Thanks.
