Windowx XP auto log off ?!

I am trying to fix a PC running Windows XP Pro. When I click on a name at the Windows XP login screen, it looks like I am going to be logged in, then it says saving data and logs me out, taking me back to the original login screen.

I am stuck and need some help, anyone seen anything like this before?
