Help: Resource Conflict

Recently when I start the computer it always shows the following message:

Resource Conflict - PCI on Motherboard
Bus: 00, Device: 09, Function: 00


F1 F10
Boot Computer Setup

Anyone has any idea on how to fix this? Thanks!
