Where to download Chinese type

I tried to join wenxuecity's conversation,but I can't type Chinese in my PC. Mine is a XP,but I just can't use the Chinese language.It says I need to insert a disk, but I don't have any with me.Anyone can kindly tell me where to download Chinese input software? Thnks.
