ASUS P4P800 Deluxe motherboard

Hello

I have a problem when I updated my ASUS P4P800 Deluxe motherboard bios yesterday.
I download a new bios file from ASUS homepage: ASUS P4P800 SE, I modified it to P4P800.ROM. I updated the bios with Alt+F2 function.

Then everything is dead. I can not boot your system and the monitor does not work I have no means to recover my bios.

Have anyone have experience for this problem? Thank you for giving me some instructions.
