Yes, it's a working analog line. I can connect to the internet with that phone line.

I know it will be slow, but my company don't provide VPN and firewall blocked almost all the ports. This is the only way I can connect to home from work or from work to home.

Anyway, can you tell me how to setup it up? Any third-party software required?
