Help!Computer cannot StartUp!

Because I renamed a system file:WINT/SYSTEM32/lsass,my computer(IBM-Aptiva)can not complete Starting up.After window 2000's icon showing up the screen becomes and remains all blue.I can do nothing now. Expert's help is greatly appreciated.
