multinomial logit model

When we run the multinomial logit model, we encounter such problem: “Effects marked with '*' contain one or more redundant or restricted parameters”under the table ‘Maximum Likelihood Analysis of Variance’, Could you tell me what happen to our model and how to solve it? thanks a lot!!!
