hi, 3 things need to do on win2000 for networking share

1)NIC networking property "enable file and printer share"
2)system admin tools ---> enable user from remote login
3)system policy---> enable remote login

on win98, login ID should be the same as the win2000 login ID to enable networking file & printer sharing
