It's a method discussed on HP forum (search its "Install Win 11 on any computer". but no direct link. my link directed to Github).
Pleasse remove "." in "git.hub". for somehow. it's banned by wxc. 22H2 NOT official release yet. hence NOT supported. It's recommended that backup your computer 1st before Windows 11 upgrade.

If you prefer a local/offline account than MS account, it's better first make it on Win 10 then run the Win 11 upgrade script.
