i have a laptop with Windows 2K, plus SP4. Sometimes, it takes age to start. It displayed a mesg "applying security policy", I say, 25 minutes, before let you go to the log in screen.

I tried to disable some services to stop "applying security policy", but sometimes still not working.

Anyone can help me with this?
