Try this
soulution 1: Clear all cookies and all temp. files
soulution 2: upgrade the IE6 to IE6+sp2
soulution 3: Copy a good IE from a PC that can run IE smoothly
soulution 4: DownGrade IE to 5.
finial solution: Reinstall IE.

systray means the area that shows icons like time, input method on lower-right conner on Ur screen
