Solution 1
(1) goto "start" ->"run" ->type "msconfig" -> enter
(2) under "msconfig" -> go to "start up"
(3)Take al the checl mark out, only keep "systray" (very important do NOT take systray out, if you do it, you will crash your computer)
(4) reboot your computer
Solution 2
Upgrade your system to W2K or Windows XP.
