That should your router's ip address. You can configure your router from there. Set up Applicate Gateway and Virtual Server parts, so that the port(s) your BT client is listening on will be forwarded to the machine your BT client is running.
If you have a software firewall, also configure it so that it allows your BT client's traffics through.
