local area network does not have a valid ip configuration

我的电脑是Windows 10. 用cable连router的 port3。能上网。后来我换了用cable连router的 port2，就不能上网了。错误是“local area network does not have a valid ip configuration”。我只好又换回了用cable连router的 port3.  是不是router的 port2坏了？
