computer can't run on normal mode, but can run in safe mode

can't input Chinese now. After input username and password, there is welcome message, then the computer goes blank, doesn't load desktop. 

I tried to repair it, hit F8, the" repair your computer " fuction not working, can not let me go to factory setting.

How to fix it? Thank you.
