虽然我仍然无法删除 PC Speed Up, 问题似乎已经解决。

Our University technician recommended me download, install and run Malwarebytes (free version) to remove PC Speed Up.

I did. Unfortunately, I still cannot removed PC Speed Up. But after scan using Malwarebytes when I click uninstall under control panel for PC Speed UP, I get Non-Malware Detected:

Malwaebytes blocked a potential unwanted program

Vendor: PUP.Optional.BundleInstaller.A

Previously, I will get “Loading Setup Data” and then PC Speed Up. Perhaps, now it has been blocked even though when I check “Programs and features”under control panel, PC Speed Up is still there. Since now it has been blocked, I hope that this will prevent any other problems caused by PC Speed Up.

Malwarebytes seems to be very good. The first time I scanned my computer, I got deleted objects 295.
