How to uninstall PC Speed Up? Your advice would be greatly appr

Today I tried to download Microsoft security essentials. While doing so, I got 5 difference software installed in my computer. I go to Control Panel to uninstall 4 of them. But I cannot uninstall PC Speed Up. When I click uninstall, “loading setup data” appear and then “You are about to uninstall P speed up” Under this is “Before you uninstalling the application, you may want to consider these apps.

There  is no way I can uninstall the software. I have to click x, then I get “By cancelling now, your downloads/installations will be incomplete and some of the selected program(s) will not be download/installed.

I selected NO and came out of it. But the software is still there when I check my control panel.

How can I uninstall PC Speed Up?  I did google search and find http://malwaretips.com/blogs/pc-speed-up-virus/. But the first method recommended does not work. The second method is to use AdwCleaner. But I am wondering if I download AdwCleaner, I may get more software I do not want. What should I do? Your advice would be greatly appreciated.
