求助-换新手机Verizon Samsung S5 结果MobileVOIP 就不工作了

总是打不了中国，也打不了美国国内。Error message:

"Call Failed
Service was temporarily unavailable."

Reinstall MobileVOIP and updated new phone number in VoipYo. Still not working.
