有用过服务器的请给点建议

有朋友给弄了一台Dell PowerEdge 2950 Rev03，  Xeon quad x2,  3.0GHZ, 8G DDR2 memory,  250G HD x4.
有几个问题请教。

1. 我试着装windows 7, 出错。是不是不能装？
2. 硬盘分成 2 个 Group，windows server 2008 R2 不能识别 Group2
3. 已经ordered 一个GT630 video card, 想装个游戏，不知行不行？
