求助：Windows 7  failed to start

原因： 正在看一个音乐视频时电脑突然响起咯咯声，键盘和鼠标不再起作用，不得不把电脑关掉。电脑就这样再也不能启动到Windows.   这是个两年新的Dell INSPIRON N7010, window 7.

 

自救过程：

打开电脑 dell logo 可以显示，start window 时 出现 蓝底白字（太快，看不清） 就很快自动关掉变成dell logo，然后显示Windows  failed to start。  A recent hardware or software change might be the cause.

Two choices:  startup repair and start windows  normally

start windows normally failed to work,repeated phenomeno above

startup repair cannot repair this computer automatically.

Starting  computer with F8 and trying to go throught  Safe Mode failed.

System Restore---- Successfully Restore windows  to an early point in time, but  Windows still  failed to start

Run a Computer Diagnostics by DVD (Drivers and Utilities)

1.       Express test:  all pass, but  Windows still  failed to start

2.       Extended test:  除了Color Altributes Test (40x25) for Video text mode pattern  等几个需自己看图判断不知是否通过外，all others pass, but  Windows still  failed to start.

3.       只好做 Customize test,  结果和Extended test 一样，all  pass, but  Windows still  failed to start.

4.       Symptom Tree test.  结果和Extended test 一样，all  pass, but  Windows still  failed to start.

Since all hardwares pass the tests and Restore failed to start window, I had to do Dell DtaSafe Local Backup.  This will backup the data, but permanently remove any programs or drivers installed after I received the computer. Dell DtaSafe Local Backup successed, but  Windows still  failed to start.

现在我唯一能做的就是重新装window 7， remove any data and programs.  但根据以上经验还是不确定能启动Windows。

那位专家高人能给个指点？
