you don't need plus, see inside

go to your yahoo email, select settings, go to mail options.

at the bottom, click pop and forwarding, enable access yahoo! mail via pop. then click the right side "?", then click learn more.

from there, you can choose the version of outlook and it's pretty straight forward.
